How To Escape The ‘Procrastination Cycle’

Procrastination is a problem we’ve all experienced at some point or another...

“It’s fine, I’ll just finish that tomorrow.”

“Wait, it’s already 4 o'clock?”

“Why didn’t I start this earlier?”

We've all felt that way in the middle of a particularly busy day when we question our life choices.

Everyone in the entrepreneurship world is talking about 'hustling harder' but they don't give you the full story.

In a world where we only show our best selves in public...

Not many people will admit that they struggle with procrastination, perfectionism or distractions behind the scenes.

Even the CEOs of 8 or 9 figures companies have their bad days...

But they have a certain mindset about procrastination that most people don't know about.

And that allows them to complete more projects in a year than most people will in 20 years.

The key is that:

They take imperfect action.

Most people assume that when they want to reach a new goal, they need to spend

  • 80% of their time learning HOW to achieve it
  • And 20% of their time actually taking action.

But that's the wrong way to do it.

The problem with this mindset is that information doesn't bring action.

Instead, it can lead to a state of analysis paralysis.

But the solution to these problems that almost no one talks about...

Is to stop trying to learn more infomation and theory, and instead, to focus on implementing what we already know.

It's not just randomly applying "life hacks" that makes you more productive.

It's having a system designed specifically for you to reach your goals.

When you have that system in place, you can finally

  • Create consistent marketing material
  • Stop worrying about not getting everything on your to-do list done
  • Take some time off without crippling your income
  • Leverage your time and scale your business

Without getting sucked into the trap of procrastination, overwhelm and distractions.

And you don't need to be born with incredible levels of discipline and willpower to overcome procrastination.

You just need the right formula for success and a way to easily implement it.

And that's what our Virtual Doing Days are about.

About Your Doing Day Host

Hi, my name is Catherine Lefebvre and I have made it my mission to help busy business owners to take back control over their time and their business.

Using my science background and after spending hundreds of hours testing different time management systems and productivity advice, I created a unique process to allow myself to manage my priorities and my schedule better.

Since then, I decided to share everything I have learned through my journey in order to solve the constant feeling of overwhelm that so many entrepreneurs experience.

Answers To Your Questions

What if I don't have time for a new program?

It's completely normal to feel this way. You probably already invested time before on other programs or courses that disappointed you or that you were never able to finish. However, this is not a course with 20+ hours of video. This is a live 3-hour workshop where you will focus on taking action. Our goal is for you to quickly see results without having to spend hours on theory.

When and where is the workshop taking place?

This workshop is a fully virtual event that will take place on Zoom. The date for the next workshop is February 13, 2019 at 1pm Eastern.

What if I can’t make the date?

You can wait just until the next workshop (we usually have one every few weeks). The best way to get notified for the next Virtual Doing Day is to send us an email at and to ask for the next workshop dates.

Will there be a replay?

Yes, there will be a replay, but you should still show up live to get your questions answered :)

Any other questions?

Just send us an email at and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
